Tiger FAQ Help is provided by Tiger Adjusters for the use of its franchisees and staff. Using it means accepting what follows.
Who may use it
Access is limited to email addresses Tiger Adjusters has added to an allow list. Do not share your sign-in, and do not use an account that is not yours. Access can be withdrawn at any time, and ends when your relationship with Tiger Adjusters does.
What the answers are, and are not
Answers are drawn from Tiger Adjusters documentation and are written by an AI system. They are operational guidance to help you do the work. They are not legal advice, not a coverage opinion, and not a determination about any particular claim or policy.
The policy, the jurisdiction, and the file in front of you govern. Where an answer touches state law, licensing, building code or claim deadlines, verify it against the current official source before you rely on it — those rules differ by state and change often.
Anything about your Franchise Agreement, fees, royalties, territory, transfers or disputes is deliberately outside what this tool will answer. Those go to Franchise Relations.
Using it properly
Do not enter information that identifies a policyholder or any other real person. Do not use the tool to produce anything misleading to a carrier, a client or a regulator. Do not attempt to reach data you have not been given access to, and do not copy Tiger Adjusters documentation out of the tool for use outside your work for Tiger Adjusters.
Availability
The tool is provided as-is. It depends on outside services and may be unavailable, incomplete, or wrong. Tiger Adjusters does not guarantee it will be available or accurate, and it is not a substitute for your own professional judgment as a licensed adjuster.
Confidentiality
The documentation behind this tool is Tiger Adjusters’ confidential material. Treat what you read here the way you treat the manual it came from.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top of this page changes with them.
