Tiger FAQ Help is an internal support tool for Tiger Adjusters franchisees and staff. It is not open to the public: access is limited to email addresses that Tiger Adjusters has added to an allow list, and signing in with a Google account that is not on that list grants no access to anything.
What we collect
From your Google account, when you sign in: your name, your email address, and the account identifier Google uses for you. We do not request or receive your Google password, your contacts, your calendar, your files, or anything else. The only permissions this app asks Google for are your basic profile and email address.
From your use of the app: the questions you ask, the answers you are given, which documentation sections were used to answer them, and any thumbs-up or thumbs-down rating you leave.
Why we collect it
Your name and email identify you and confirm you are allowed in. Your questions and answers are stored so you can reopen a past conversation, so follow-up questions have context, and so Tiger Adjusters can see which questions the documentation fails to answer and fix the documentation. A daily summary of activity and unanswered questions is emailed to Tiger Adjusters corporate.
Who else processes it
The app relies on a small number of service providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
- Google — sign-in only. Google tells us who you are; we tell Google nothing about what you ask.
- Supabase — the database and session storage where your profile, conversations and ratings are held.
- Anthropic — receives your question and the documentation sections retrieved for it, in order to write the answer. Anthropic does not train its models on data submitted through its API.
- Voyage AI — receives your question text in order to rank which documentation sections are relevant to it.
- Resend — delivers the daily summary email to Tiger Adjusters corporate.
- Vercel — hosts the application and keeps standard server request logs.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with anyone outside the providers listed above, except where the law requires it.
Please do not paste client information
This tool answers questions about how to do the work — procedure, documentation, building code, brand rules. It does not need, and you should not enter, a policyholder’s name, address, policy number, claim number, or any other detail that identifies a real person. Describe the situation, not the customer.
How long we keep it
Conversations and ratings are kept while the tool is in use, so that gaps in the documentation can be found and fixed. Your profile is kept for as long as your access lasts. Ask us and we will delete your conversation history.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Removing your address from the allow list ends your access immediately.
Cookies
The app sets cookies for one purpose: keeping you signed in. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
